Where can you compost in Hawaii? 

There are not many composting options in Hawaii. Here’s a list by municipality:

Oahu

Unfortunately, it seems the community compost service in Oahu had to shut down due to regulatory burdens from the local government. It was called the Community Compost Movement and supported by the Changing Tides Foundation.
